CARMEN’S Corner For the past fourteen years, Entrée Magazine has been highlighting amazing area restaurants and their fabulous cuisines. We are so fortunate to have some of the nation’s most talented chefs right here in our little corner of paradise. From locally owned restaurants, to ones we love from coast to coast, we are privileged to receive the fruits of their labor.
