STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP P Place the end of the neck tie on the back of the top apron fabric, pin in place. Fold the raw edges of the top apron fabric back by a 1/2" and pin in place. Make sure the neck tie is lined up with the corner of the fabric. TIP STEP Q Take the top apron fabric to your sewing machine and stitch all sides (including the neck ties) down by 1/2". STEP R Now it is time to create the skirt. Lay fabric on a flat surface. With a rotary blade and ruler, trim skirt fabric to 18" x 18".
