Sabrina’s extensive experience in sales allows her to get the results a homeowner needs when selling their property and a knowledge of the market that gives her an edge when representing a potential buyer. A thoroughly dedicated worker, Sabrina is expected to set new sales records as she works this market. Duggan Cooley has replaced Julie Scales as the executive director of the Pinellas Community Foundation. Duggan has worked at Religious Community Services in Clearwater and, since 2011, has been the president/CEO of the United Way of Pasco County. Louise Del Basso of Galleria Misto in Belleair has announced that she and her husband Luigi have acquired Shar Décor, a firm that deals in corporate and wholesale art and will enhance their retail business. Steve Westphal of GoToSteves.com, the operator of 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House, has taken over part of the space vacated by the Chihuly Collection to open the “400 Beach Annex,” a venue for family-oriented food, art and shopping. It will open early for breakfast and coffee, and have a sidewalk cafe for quick service where guests can view Straub Park. The Annex will carry a variety of items that will range from Beach Drive souvenirs to picnic baskets that include play items such as balls and Frisbees. Open from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., it is sure to be a popular stop for soft serve ice cream and homemade waffle cones. Miguel Angel Garcia has joined The Florida Orchestra as its chief financial officer. Our America: The Latino Presence in American Art is organized by the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
