Everything you wanted to know about leadership, learning and lifesaving with Education Grants from Maddie's Fund Wednesday, May 10, 12:30 p.m. Who knows more about saving lives than the people out there doing it every day? If you're involved in animal welfare or shelter medicine and want to share your successes, lessons and innovations with the entire sheltering field, Maddie's Fund wants to hear from you. Thanks to their Education Grant opportunities, you can be part of exciting apprenticeships and educational presentations that will develop the next generation of animal welfare leaders, and spread the message of lifesaving. Would you love that idea to be scientifically proven—and to motivate others to implement it? Maddie's Fund has a grant for that! The Maddie's Idea Lab Grant supports the development and assessment of innovative concepts and ideas that have a high likelihood of advancing lifesaving and foster care for cats and dogs and developing animal welfare leadership. Presenter: Dr. Sheila D'Arpino, Director of Research, Maddie's Fund Turn your lifesaving ideas into cash for your organization with a Maddie's Fund Innovation Grant Thursday, May 11, 12:30 p.m. Do you have a great idea you know would save more lives, but don't have the resources to implement? Would up to $5,000 help? Maddie's Fund offers Innovation Grants to help shelters and rescue groups implement new programs to advance lifesaving. Programs will be accepted from categories including adoption, technology, public engagement, volunteers, foster care, partnerships and more.
