I ask lots of questions to be sure I’m absolutely clear about their needs and desires.” It is this focus on listening and understanding that has endeared Jeri to her clients to the point that they have become her best ambassadors. Many are not only repeat clients but have encouraged family, friends, and their own customers to utilize her services. Jeri also has long-term relationships with local builders, which assists those of her clients who want new construction. One thing you can always count on with Jeri is the truth. “What you don’t want,” she says, “is a hungry real estate agent. You want someone who is in a position to counsel you about YOUR best interest regardless of what that means to them.” Jeri recalls the worst days of the recent recession when homeowners, shocked at decreasing home values, rushed to put their high-end properties on the market. She often counseled them that unless they had an absolutely compelling reason to sell, keep calm and retain their properties – a decision many have come to be appreciate.
