The system is fully automatic. The fan knob should be set to “auto”. Set the desired temperature using the temperature button. The ideal temperature is between 74 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit during spring, summer and fall. 2. Never leave the temperature set at below 72°F, as the air conditioning unit may freeze and shut down. This will result in failure of the air conditioning, which will take around 12 hours to unfreeze the unit, and a repair tax will be charged. 3.In winter, if heating is required, choose the “heat” option and set the desired temperature. We recommend a temperature between 68°F and 72°F. 4. For air conditioning to work properly, it is imperative that the windows and exterior doors are closed. Internal doors should be left open and, if rooms have fans, we recommend turning them on so the air circulates throughout the house and you feel more comfortable. 5. If you find that the air conditioning is not working properly, check if the “on” button , located on top of one of the internal doors, is pressed. 6. Note that the “heat” button on the air conditioning is only related to home heating, and does not affect the temperature of the water. BARBECUE GRILL If your home has a barbecue grill, please remember to take the necessary precautions when using it, and remember that you are responsible for cleaning it after use. To use it, you will need some gas and it can be purchased at any of the stores below or at the supermarket of your choice. If you prefer, we provide a gas delivery service.
