We will be adding the template for the right side of the casserole grabber first, so the curved edges will be facing right once merged. C. Once it is merged, you should see the template on your quilt block. We have highlighted the template in black above so you can see it easier in the tutorial picture. Stitch the design completing all the steps. Set this block aside. E. Once the template is rotated, you will have your template set for the left side of the casserole grabber. This marking stitch will be our guide on how to cut the block at the end so it has curved edges. Opening the template second automatically makes this the last step in your design. Next, we will open the left side of the casserole grabber. So we will need to open our block, then merge the template as we did before. With the template still selected, press the rotate button and rotate the design 180° so it faces the left side.
