������������������������������ STITCHING SIDE BLOCKS steps �� �� Run step 5 of the design. This is the placement stitch for your first piece of folded fabric. �� �� The next machine step will be the folding stitch. �� �� Step 7 will secure the fabric in place. Do not trim away the seam allowance on the sides of the block. Place your first piece of folded fabric, face down, 1/4” inside the placement stitch. Fold your fabric over top of the folding stitch. Finger crease and tape in place if needed. Repeat steps ‘I-M’ for the remaining folded fabric pieces. Once completed, remove your design from the hoop. Using a rotary blade and ruler, trim your block leaving a 1/2” seam allowance. ������������������������������������ | ������������������������������������������|����20
