STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP P Face the two embroidered designs together, being sure that the embroidered elements are facing in the correct direction, and line them up by their seams. STEP Q Pin the blocks together. Once you have the two blocks pinned securely, use your sewing machine to stitch just inside the tack down stitch, along the left, right, and bottom sides. STEP R Repeat those same steps to attach your oil cloth lining together. Next, mark the bottom corners of both the design blocks with 1¹/₂" x 1¹/₂" squares. Measure from the outside edge.
