Concoctions The weather is cooler and the drinks are getting
2 (12 oz.) cans of Evaporated Milk, 1 (15 oz.) can of Cream of Co
conut, 1 (15 oz.) can of Coconut Milk, ½ cup of Sweetened Con
densed Milk, ½ cup of Spiced Rum, ½ cup of Dark Rum, 1 tsp.
Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp. Ground Ginger, ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg,
Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg. Add ALL ingredients into
a blender EXCEPT the Ground Cinnamon and Ground Nutmeg.
Stir well before serving and pour into Punch cups. Garnish each
cup with Ground Cinnamon and Ground Nutmeg.
Half & Half, 1 1/2 oz. (1 1/2 shot) of
Cognac, 1 tsp. Honey (Clover Honey), Grated Nutmeg.
In a saucepan, slowly heat the Half & Half stirring to keep
from burning. Remove when warm but not boiling. In a
mug slowly add the Cognac, Honey and warm Half & Half.
Garnish top with grated Nutmeg

Burnt Toasted Almond
2/3 oz. (2/3 shot) of Amaretto, 2/3 oz. (2/3 shot) of Vodka, 1 1/3 oz.
(1 1/3 shot) of Cream, 1/3 oz. (1/3 shot) Cream Liqueur, 1/3 oz. (1/3
shot) of Fill a shaker with ice and add Amaretto,
into a Highball glass.
Relax this season and sip a creamy cocktail!
