STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP M Using a rotary blade and ruler, measure 1 1/2" above the design and trim excess fabric to create a clean edge. STEP N Place your design fabric to the side. Now we will create the neck ties. Take your fabric (1.5" x 28") and fold in the raw edge by 1/2" towards the center, using an iron for a smooth edge. STEP O Take the tie to your sewing machine to stitch down the raw edges.
