With this Anita's Express collection, we show you step-by-step how to create an adorable Christmas apron to keep your winter sweaters clean. We have also included 12 face designs to embroider on the front of the aprons each showcasing holiday cheer! For these designs we have included an apron template to help create the final project. You simply print the template and use it as an outline to know where to cut your fabric. This makes creating the apron face so much easier without having to worry about everything lining up correctly. These designs include embroidery and appliqué to create the faces. The fabric you choose for your apron will be the color and texture of the face. Use appliqués to create the hat and shirt details. Feeling creative? Add trim and decorative straps to create adorable finishing touches to your apron. In this example, we used a pleated skirt with rickrack trim. The rick-rack trim gives the look of icing without the mess!
