�������������������������������� ���������������������� 4 cups heavy whipping cream 2 pints of oyster with juice 2tbl. of butter Salt & Pepper Crusty bread for croutons, little olive oil, garlic then grilled Take your cream and put on medium heat in a small pot add 1 cup of oyster liquid and reduce for 6 minutes. Add about a dozen oysters to liquid and reduce for another 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and stir in a tbl. of butter. Then pour in to 4 bowls ser with grilled baguette. You can also pan fry oysters in seasoned cornflower For garnish on the croutons. Finish with green onion.
