These 2”x 6” outer walls allow for a higher R-Value of insulation as well making the structure more energy �������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� every month they live in the home. The cost savings in the build are also a factor. Because it is built “faster” utilizing a meticulously controlled process in a weather-resistant environment, construction, materials and labor costs are kept at a minimum so the savings can be passed along to the customer.
