1955 CHEVROLET BEL AIR This restored modified Chevrolet has been stored in a private climate controlled garage since 2006. It has been upgraded with rack and pinion steering, Z3 GM crate engine, 700R transmission, jet coated headers, tilt steering wheel, AM/FM cassette stereo, center line wheels, power front disc brakes and air conditioning. It is equipped with the full deluxe trim package with features such as tri-bar wheel covers, crossed flag emblems, triple tail lights and the cool engine-turned strip on the rear of the car. It also has the 283 cid V8 engine, Powerglide automatic transmission, independent front coil spring suspension, rear semi-elliptic leaf spring and four wheel drum brakes. It has the factory Delco AM radio sitting right under a clean and crack-free blue dash. The original white paint still looks good on the car 52 years later. From the top of the car to underneath, it still is in excellent condition.
