Calendar of Events Patron Information 20 Welcome to the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra! We want your concert experience to be seamless. If you have any comments, suggestions, or concerns, please call our Symphony Office at 850·435·2533 or send an email to info@pensacolasymphony.com. DISCOUNTS The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra honors two standing discounts: Student Discount: students in elementary school, middle school, high school and college (with ID) are eligible to receive $10 student tickets in the D level seating area with the exception of special events. Military Discount: active duty military (with valid ID) are eligible to receive $10 tickets in the D level seating area or 25% off B or C seating areas with the exception of special events. GROUP SALES For groups of 10 or more, please call Marshall in the Symphony office at (850) 435-2533 ext. 100 TICKET POLICIES Refunds/Exchanges: Unfortunately, refunds are not available for ticket purchases. In the event of a schedule conflict, single tickets can be exchanged for a $3 fee. Cancellations/Postponements: if a concert is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be sent a voucher equal to the value of the ticket. This voucher can be exchanged for any future concert as specified on the voucher. Delivery Fees: when requesting that tickets be mailed to your address, a fee of $3 will be added to cover postage and handling expenses. MATINEE DRESS REHEARSALS Matinee dress rehearsals for all Masterworks concerts take place at the Saenger Theatre at 1:30p.m. on the day of the concert. Tickets are $5 at the door or can be pre-purchased through the Symphony office.
