19 Effective October 2, 2016 Route 59 will be split to improve on-time performance with frequency increased to every 15 minutes. East/west section will remain the Route 59 and meet with Route 4 at the PSTA Facility Layby on 34th St. • Will run 15 minute service during rush hour and 20 minute service mid-day • North/south portion of current Route 59, will become the new Route 9 linking Gateway Mall and Downtown St. Petersburg along 9th St. N./MLK St. with 30 minute service to Goodwill and 116th Ave. N. loop – previously on the Route 4
