GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Check-In/Out: Check-in is available after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. 2. South Carolina sales and accommodations taxes, departure cleaning fee, and a $35.00 booking fee are required on all reservations. 3. Deposit is one half the base rent amount. Confirmed reservations are not transferable and non-refundable. 4. Cancellations: To help protect your vacation investment, we recommend the purchase of Vacation Protection Insurance on all reservations because no refunds will be made for cancellations. 5. Accidental Damage Waiver: All reservations must include our $30 accidental damage waiver or a refundable security deposit of $3,000. 6. Equipment and Furnishings: Each rental property has its own unique personality as each is privately owned and decorated/equipped with Owner’s furniture and furnishings. 7. Occupancy is limited to number shown and strictly enforced. Rental will not be used for house/fraternity/sorority parties, or any unlawful or immoral purpose. Agent will terminate occupancy to any group or individual with all funds being forfeited, should guests be found in violation of this rule. 8. Linens are not included in any rental unit but can be rented through Rose Real Estate. Expendable items such as soap, paper products, cleaning products, etc. are the responsibility of the Guest. 9. Golf Carts are available to rent on property. Vacation renters may NOT operate or register their personal golf carts in Oceanside Village or the beachfront parking area. Golf carts are not included in any Rose Real Estate rental property nor are they permitted at the Tupelo Bay Golf Villas. 10. Moped rentals are not allowed in Oceanside Village. Also, no one is allowed to bring in mopeds during their stay here. 11. Although every effort has been made to provide updated and accurate information, amenities, features and rates stated in rental brochure and website are subject to correction or change without notice.
