HOW TO USE OUR VACATION GUIDE The following pages contain listings of vacation homes currently available through Rose Real Estate. We offer this explanation to assist you in understanding the information presented and to help make your selection process as easy as possible. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The home’s maximum occupancy is listed as well as the number of bedrooms, baths, and bedding. Bedding abbreviations are as follows: K = King, Q = Queen, D = Double or Full, T = Twin or Single, BB = Bunk Beds, SB = Sofa Bed. HOME DETAILS Interior and exterior features of the home are indicated. All homes are fully furnished – except for linens. Departure maid service is included in the published weekly rates. All homes have central A/C and heat. LINENS Bed, bath and kitchen linens are NOT furnished in our rental properties but are available for rent. Our whole house linen package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds including sleeper sofa, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths per person, bath mats for full baths, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths and includes bed setup. Ala carte linen items are also available. PET FRIENDLY RENTAL POLICY: Rose Real Estate has select homes that will accommodate your furry family members. Homes will state in the description as “Pet friendly” and may list weight limits or type of pet limits. Guests bringing a pet into any pet-friendly home must make it known at the time of booking and must pay a non-refundable pet fee ($150 for one pet, and additional $100 for two pets). If a pet is brought to a home that is not designated pet-friendly, Rose Real Estate will terminate the rental without refund and charge $200 for flea extermination and additional cleaning.
