STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP P Trim the batting close to the tack down stitch. STEP Q Place your front fabric right-side up over the egg shape. Leave at least 1⁄4" of seam allowance. STEP R The machine will continue on to the tacking stitch. This will secure the fabric to the stabilizer. Do not trim the excess fabric away from the design.
