The practice, named Hamilton Physician Group-Murray Campus is located at 800 G.I. Maddox Parkway. Tom Bledsoe, MD, and Blaine Minor, MD, as well many other highly trained healthcare providers, treat patients in the newly constructed 12,400 square-foot custom-built facility. The office features a spacious lobby, a large number of patient rooms, an on-site lab, and an imaging suite. “We are excited to offer much needed primary care services to the residents of Chatsworth and the surrounding Murray County area,” says Dr. Bledsoe, internal medicine physician and Vice President of Hamilton Physician Group. The healthcare providers at Hamilton Physician Group-Murray Campus treat patients age 2 and up who suffer from mild illnesses and injuries. Annual wellness visits, immunizations, pulmonary and cardiovascular testing, allergy testing and treatment, and chronic disease management services are available as well. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm and weekends 9 am to 3 pm. Most insurance plans are accepted.
