Nature Programs Summer 53 Educational Programs Life Cycle of a Honey Bee This class will study the life of the honey bee colony and its individual members that include the worker bee, the drone and the queen. • Sat., June 17, 10:30-11:30 a.m. • Free Where Does Honey Come From? From flower to container, take a look at the hard work the honey bee goes through to produce honey for you and me. • Sat., Aug. 19, 10:30-11:30 a.m. • Free History of Beekeeping In this class, look at the journey from hollow logs to the bee hives of today. • Sat., Oct. 21, 10:30-11:30 a.m. • Free Cherokee Nation Meetings are held every other month in Tampa Bay. Anyone who is interested in learning about the Cherokee people, history and culture is welcome to attend.
