Special Digitizing Techniques We wanted to take these printed fabric designs to the next level by adding depth and dimension to each piece. To do so, our expert digitizers performed unique running stitches to enhance certain elements of our little creatures. Using this technique, we were able to bring more detail to the feathers, wings, flowers, and more! These unique running stitches mimic subtle hand sketched art so that the outlines don’t engulf the design but, instead, enhances the details from the printed fabric! WHAT MAKES YOUR DESIGNS UNIQUE! Where’s the batting? We wanted to get our placement as exact as possible for these designs! In order to do so, we decided to complete them without using batting in the actual stitch out of the design. Instead, we layer our batting during the process of backing and binding our quilt, so that everything stays perfectly aligned! Not sure how to Back and Bind your completed quilt? Refer to the About Us section on your design CD for a full, in-depth tutorial! The Perfect Match! When embroidering on printed fabric designs such as these, placement is key! We took extra care to make sure that placing your design would be a piece of cake! On all of your printed fabric pieces there’s a red notch on the top and bottom of the design that shows you where to line your printed fabric on your stabilizer. Once you run your design your placement stitch will provide you with the same perpendicular line which lines up with your printed fabric, allowing for perfect placement!
