APPLIQUÉ STARS STEP P You are now ready to add your back fabric. Flip your hoop over and take lay an additional piece of fabric, covering your entire design. STEP Q Tape your fabric in place. Alternatively you could use a spray adhesive. If you decide to do so, only spray within the parameters of your design so that you won't have any problem trimming the excess fabric.
