Night Fly The Night Fly portion of the 3rd Annual LBI Fly International Kite Festival will be back to the Barnegat Light State Park for a second-consecutive year. ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ Night Fly will take place Sunday, October 8th, beginning at approximately 5:30 p.m. Last year the event had approximately 2,000 spectators pack the area for the event. The kiters hope to surpass that this year. The Kite Festival committee, as ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� the environment and "Old Barney" served as a perfect backdrop for the event.
