Steps G H I J K L 74 Run the tack down stitch for the base fabric. Place appliqué fabric, right-side up, completely covering the placement stitches. Place base fabric right-side up completely covering the design. Run the placement stitch for the first piece of appliqué fabric. Run the tack down stitch for the appliqué fabric. Trim the appliqué fabric as close to the tack down stitches as possible.
