Ordering Details Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be happy with your purchase from Zefon and realize that there are times you may wish to return an item. Zefon accepts returns up to 30 days after the invoice date with no additional charge. After 30 days, we must charge a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days. Product should be in original carton with all original documentation and in “like new” condition. Mining dust cassettes, custom orders, partial boxes, opened boxes of air sampling filter cassettes, opened sterile products, special orders, NIST certificates and expired products may not be returned. All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is issued. Items returned which are found to be missing components or are damaged will be returned to the customer or only partial credit issued. Customers will be contacted to determine the value and what option they choose.
