STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP J We're now ready to move onto creating our appendages. We will be repeating the same appliqué and embroidery techniques that we learned in our previous design until we get to the final step of the piece. STABILIZER TIP Although these pieces will be freestanding designs, we use a No-Show mesh stabilizer so that they're easier to turn right-side out at the end. STEP K Before we run our last step we will lay an additional piece of fabric over the entire design. STEP L The final step will tack this additional layer of fabric onto our design.
