Next, the team competed at the American Academy of Physician Assistants Challenge Bowl, the national edition of the high-energy medical game show, in Las Vegas. “It feels amazing to be the first group of UF students to win the FAPA Challenge Bowl,” Oshikoya said. JONES 4 UF medical and physician assistant students recreated Mount Olympus in February through a series of performances of Disney’s “Hercules.” The actors are members of the UF College of Medicine’s White Coat Company, an organization that hosts an annual production for patients at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, family and friends on campus, and community members at locations such as Sidney Lanier Center and Tacachale.
