The Otts are planning many upgrades and improvements to the Leesville North Fork Marina & Campground as well. Plans include the remodeling of the store, which will provide more room to increase the inventory of bait and tackle, boating parts and accessories and camping supplies. They also plan on upgrading the boat rental fleet and remodeling the rental cottages. Cottage rentals include the Studio Cottage and the huge three-bedroom, two-bath Lake House with hot tub and wood burning fire-place. There will also be a number of repairs to the infrastructure, as well as property cleanup with the removal of abandoned boats and equipment, improved landscaping and more. Many larger capital improvements are planned for the 2018/2019 season, including replacing the docks, shower house and restrooms. Stay tuned!
