STITCHING DESIGN G H Matching up your center pins, place the top cushion fabric on top of the stabilizer and hoop, using pins and center points created in last step to perfectly center the fabric in the hoop. C A B D I J Place your appliqué fabric, right side facing up, over top of the placement stitches. Be sure to completely cover all sides. Tape in place if needed. K L Using scissors, trim away the excess fabric from the tack down stitches. Letters A-D represent the alignment markings on each side of the hoop. Using pencil and ruler, trace a line connecting A-B and C-D. This will give you the center point to match up your center pins on the top cushion fabric. Begin stitching out the embroidery elements of the design. Each design in the collection involves the appliqué process. The first step will be the placement stitch showing you where to place the first piece of appliqué fabric. The next machine step will be the tack down stitch for the appliqué fabric.
