publisher's NOTE T I have to be honest, I love a good routine. I enjoy working out at the same time each morning, getting into the office on schedule and picking my kids up from aftercare everyday at 5pm. For a mom of two young kids with two businesses to run, I find having a solid schedule is what keeps me sane. But there is an exception. For me, summer is the time for breaking out of my normal routine and being somewhat flexible with my day. It’s also a great time to get out of my rut. This summer, I figured why not make time for trying some new restaurants or new dishes at our regular eateries. I hope you will follow suit and make a plan to break out of your food rut and try some restaurants that have been on your wish list. You might be pleasantly surprised by how going outside your comfort zone can make for an exciting summer experience. In this issue, we are really sticking to the summer theme. We hope to help you try something new, including several hot spots that you can travel to by car or boat in “Dock-and-Dine.” Hosting some summer barbecues in your backyard? If you haven’t made it to the Kimpton Hotel Zamora's Castile Restaurant yet, you need to plan a trip now! I’m not kidding when I say this restaurant tops my list of new culinary delights.
