Appointments for a developmental evaluation can be made with the PreK Evaluation Clinic, call 407-320-9406 or email PreK_Clinic@scps.us. The PreK Evaluation Clinic is located at 239 Rinehart Road, Lake Mary, FL 32746. For grades K-12, any Seminole County parent who suspects their child has a disability may request an evaluation at no cost.
