This shelter is 100% funded by donations and grants. Not one dollar is coming from the taxpayers. The ������������������ ���������� �������� ���������� ���������������� ������ ������������������ �������� ������ ���������� ������������������������������������������������������ The Shelter will house 13 dogs, 20 cats, and a quarantine area. It will be staffed by 1 ½ paid employees seven days a week with FOUR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED DAILY! The no kill concept is going to be strictly adhered to unless an animal is dropped off at the Shelter and the physical injuries of the animal require the animal to be humanely euthanized as a result of their injuries. Their goal is to be an adoption center and a spay / neuter educational facility. With this goal in mind, the public is being asked to understand that they will have limited supplies, space, funding, and laws that govern what they can and cannot do. They are not taking the place of Animal Control. They are willing to help with the problem but not be the solution.
