���������������������������������������������������� We have all heard the saying, “people don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses,” well this is a practically undebatable truth. I feel that I can safely assume that at some point you’ve left a job because a bad boss made the job miserable, not because the job itself was that bad. Obviously there are some great bosses out there, but what sets them apart? And, how can the bosses out there who struggle keeping steady employees learn to be better? In life, trial and error are certainly ways of improving (only if you see things for what they are – learning experiences), however, I personally suggest learning from other’s experiences and mistakes. ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� baby open. This educational book will take you through example after example of good bosses and bad bosses (as the title clearly implies). I appreciated how Dr. Sutton presented these examples. First he gives the example, then he divides them into how a good boss would handle the situation vs how a bad one would. This provides a more real-world perspective that can more easily be applied. ���� ������������������ ���������� �������� ������ ������������ ���������� ������������ ���������������� ���� ���������� �������������������� sections and even entire chapters, because the points made are ones I want to make sure I don’t miss. So, when you start this book, be sure to have a highlighter and even a notepad handy, because you’ll ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ learned from this book and being the best boss I can be.
