Bite Sized Tomato Pies by: Chef Chris Karahalios of Town & Country Grille Ingredients... 1 homegrown tomato, diced 1 tablespoon onion, diced 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 oz. grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped 2 tablespoons mayo 1 tablespoon sour cream frozen phyllo cups salt & pepper Directions...
