Dear Apostles of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your zeal, love and sacrifice during the Year 2017 have been truly a gift of God and an outpouring of grace upon the whole world. There is very great suffering and sickness today, families are torn apart, Nations are at war, hate, lies and the crippling affliction of materialism surround us. The greater part of mankind has fallen away from the True Source of all peace and happiness. We are plunged headlong into the chasms of uncontrollable chaos. The world is faced with the scourge of Communism, the curse of Socialism and the culture of death. Fatima blends the loveliness of Lourdes with the sadness of Paray le Monial. It brings together for us the Immaculate Heart of Mary with the Sacred Heart of Her Divine Son. It links today with all the years that have gone before and draws aside the curtain that hides time from eternity. It is Emmanuel - God with Us! Fatima is not only a great gift to an ungrateful world, but also a solemn warning from on high. If we disregard it, in very truth, we will cry out in anguish: “LORD, HELP US, WE PERISH!” Enraptured by the splendor of Mary’s heavenly beauty, and impelled by the anxieties of the world, let us cast ourselves into the arms of Our Immaculate Mother, confident in finding there a safe harbor from the tempests which beset us on every side. We must become saints. This is our calling. In order to do this, we must give ourselves absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably to Mary Immaculate. All the fruits of our activities depend upon our union with Mary. Our confidence in Mary’s intercession must not be shaken by the sight of our weakness, ingratitude and sins. United in our wretchedness, but far from being alone in our prayer, we send a cry to the throne of Mary, Our Queen and Mother. We are happy members of the pious and immense Association which salutes Our Lady daily under the title: Mary, Queen of The Living Rosary!
