Features include a Jr. Olympic sized pool, diving boards, and kiddy pool with interactive dewdrop fountain. Classes offered include deepwater aerobics, arthritis exercise, and swim lessons. Pre-registration for ALL Swimming Lessons and Classes is Mandatory. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide their own assistance when utilizing the handicapped access ramp. AQUATIC PROGRAMS Aqua aerobics focus on both cardiovascular and strength benefits and, because of their low-impact format, classes are safe, fun, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Both men and women welcome. DEEP WATER AEROBICS (18+ yrs) A water fitness exercise program will help improve flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, and endurance. It’s also fun, easy on the body and appropriate for all ages. $3.50 Res Per Class M W F 10:00-11:00am 8/14-12/29 ARTHRITIS & FIBROMYALGIA WATER EXERCISE (18+ yrs) This program assists individuals who are suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia, muscle/joint pain, stiffness, or fatigue.
