A day for the community to come out and see and experience all the great things our local businesses have to offer. September 28th, Farmer’s Festival Golf Tournament, Held at Chicora Country Club September 30th, Cape Fear Fall Festival in Lillington, 10am-4pm, This street festival is hosted by the Lillington Area Chamber of Commerce. The outdoor event features food vendors, arts, crafts, jewelry and more along with music throughout the day and activities for children. The event is free to the public. October 13th, Farmer’s Festival Weekend Opening Day Ceremony, Coats, Farmer’s Festival Campground opens at 8am, Gospel Sing at the Depot at 6pm, Submit baked goods to the Arts, Crafts, & Baked Goods Show by 5pm, Pig in the Park Cook-Off must be checked in by 9:30pm at the park.
