Integrity Leadership 2017 26 | P a g e Wrap-up At any time, you may face a situation where the right action is difficult to take, or where it isn't immediately clear what to do. For our business to be successful, it's essential that every employee act with integrity. We rely on you to use your judgment and your sense of right and wrong. Is the action you are considering aligned with not only the Company’s values, but also your own? Start by knowing the rules—the laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards—that apply to your work, and following them. If you find making the decision if something is, or is not, a violation of our Code of Ethical Business Conduct, ask yourself the five questions of our ethical decision-making framework. Remember that appearances matter, too. Think about the impression that your words and actions have on others. When you're not sure of the correct course of action, don't just guess and bypass policies, rules, or procedures. If you need help, ask. The Company has made a number of resources available to you. If you know of or suspect a violation of the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, raise your concern to an appropriate company resource without delay. Anyone raising a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation.
