It started with a love story. But this one went a little further than just happily ever after- it was the beginning of a legacy. After meeting, falling in love, and getting married, Nicolette and Anthony Nicoletti came up with an idea – what if Nicolette opened her own law firm, where she could approach personal injury in a new way and made clients feel how much they matter? It began with an idea and ended with a dream that keeps coming true every day. Nicolette R. Nicoletti was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. Nicolette attended Genesis Preparatory School and graduated Salutatorian of her Class in 2006. From there, she attended Saint Leo University for her undergraduate education, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program, as well as with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While at Saint Leo University, Nicolette was President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society), Secretary of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), and an active member of Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society). Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nicolette attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Nicolette was named to the Dean’s List for her scholastic achievements and was an active member of the John Marshall Bar Association. During law school, Nicolette served as a law clerk for a firm in New Port Richey, Florida, and was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Cheryl K. Thomas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2013, Nicolette returned to her hometown and began practicing personal injury law. By her second year of practicing law, Nicolette had already set second chair for two full jury trials. Nicolette opened The Nicoletti Law Firm in August 2015 and has already helped over 150 local clients. Nicolette keeps her firm small; her husband Anthony is the firm’s paralegal. Anthony Nicoletti was also born and raised in New Port Richey and had worked at another local personal injury law firm for over 8 years before meeting Nicolette. “Our goal is to treat clients like family, because it is absolutely what we strive for with each and every client we meet. We have both been involved in serious accidents and know firsthand what the pain and stress of daily living is like during those times. It’s our job to make the entire situation as stress free as possible for our clients. That is why we came up with a personalized case formula for each and every client, so we can move our clients’ cases as swiftly as possible, maximize their settlements to the best of our ability, and help them get the medical treatment they deserve.”
