COLORPalette We used all dupioni silks for our appliqué fabrics to coordinate with our color palettes. Be sure to use a backing, such as Pellon fusible interfacing if you choose to use silk in your project, too! This will add stability to your fabric and keep it from pulling. Once you have chosen a color palette of threads and fabrics for your project, you are ready to embroider your designs. Since there are multiple styles to pick from, you have the ability to create many different color themes. If you are wanting to create the modular medallions using designs from different sets, be sure to stick to a certain color palatte for each layout. This technique also ensures that your finished embroidery project will blend perfectly. ANITAGOODESIGNONLINE.COM 8
