dishes and even spicy Indian food. Rosé – Technically, this isn’t really a red wine but mostly pink. Rosé can come from any type of red grape but will be a pink color because the skins have been removed from the process to produce a sweeter wine than the varietal would be with the skins left on. In other words, a rose made from Cabernet grapes would be drier than a rose made from Grenache grapes. Not all rosés are sweet, but they do range from sweet to semisweet to semi-dry, but rarely are they super dry. And on the plus side this wine is pink so it’s festive at an outdoor event. Please, take some time this Summer to try one of these delicious wines and settle down with a few friends to enjoy the taste. Cheers!.
