JULY 2016 PROJECT 23 Choosing the correct fabrics and threads will really make the designs pop! CHOOSING FABRICS AND THREADS These hand stitch designs are so beautiful and elegant, that we wanted to have the fabrics and threads compliment that. We used a quilted cotton fabric for our pillow and added metallic threads to tie the beauty in. The metallics are a combination of silver, gold and charcoal gray. The charcoal gray was used sparingly to add interest, but not darken the complete design.
