STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP D Make sure your design is centered using your rotary cutter and ruler to cut your pillow. TIP STEP E In our project, we cut our fabric to 13" x 13", which creates a standard square pillow of 12" x 12". Straighten out your design and iron if needed. Your design will look something like this once cut. Cut your back fabric to the same measurements of 13" x 13". STEP F Place your front fabric, right-side down, over the back fabric. Line up the raw edges.
