ACCESS / USB As you scroll through the tutorial version, you’ll find a stitched sample of each design. The steps tutorial will just have a small thumbnail picture and design steps. Look through and determine which designs you would like to stitch. In this case, we’re going to stitch AVIARY2. Next, you’ll need to locate your design on your CD. Go back out to the D: drive which showed all of the available files on the CD. Double-click on the Design Files folder. You will see a list of folders containing different formats. Locate the format your machine uses and double-click to open that folder. For this example we’ll use the brother-babylock-pes files. Within this folder is all of the design files in the .PES format. You will not see pictures of the designs - that’s why we include pictures of each design in the tutorial. Locate the design you want to use - in this case, AVIARY2. Insert your USB stick into your computer. When your USB stick folder opens, you will want to have both windows side by side so you can see the files on the CD and the USB stick. In our example, the box on the left is the design CD and the box on the right is the USB stick. 4 5 6 7 Transferring Using a Windows Operating System
