WAIST APRON Recipe G. H. 165 J. Using a ruler and rotary cutter, cut the lining to the dimensions of the sewn blocks. Your lining should now be exactly the same size as the 3 design blocks sewn together. I. Using a walking foot, start from one side of your opening and sew the layers together with a ½" seam allowance, removing pins as you go. Remember to leave the opening at the bottom of the pocket. K. Pin the pieces to keep the layers together, leaving an opening along the bottom to turn the pocket right-side out later. Turn pocket right-side out from the bottom opening. Clip the corners to keep them from bunching up once the pocket is flipped inside out. L. Your apron pockets will look like this so far.
