KITCHEN CADDY Recipe A. B. 175 D. To begin, you will need your two 8" x 12" blocks. C. You will then cut the handles, 3" x 9". You will need two of the following materials cut to this specification; 2 base fabrics 3" x 9" 2 battings 3" x 9" 2 pieces of lining 3" x 9" E. Place the quilt blocks with right-sides together, matching up the tacking stitch lines. Using your quilt blocks as a template, cut out your lining to the exact same size including seam allowance. We used two yellow pattern weights to hold the fabric in place as we cut. Once you have all your pieces cut, you can begin to sew your caddy together. F. Sew only 3 sides together with a ½" seam allowance leaving the top edges open.
