ACCESS / Merging Do’s And Dont’s When Adding Your Design DON’T Picking a design that is too large takes away from the radial background and eats up a lot of the precious fabric you used in creating the background. DO When it comes to radial quilting, the background is very important, so always make sure the merged design you use isnt covering up too much of the radial background. Also it should be placed in the center, this gives the effect of sun rays coming out from behind the design element.
