steps ATTACHING LACE DESIGNS TO NAPKIN Using your sewing machine, begin stitching the lace in place using 1/4” around all four sides. Note: match the bobbin thread to your napkin color. Use matching thread to lace on the top. The last step is to hand sew the lace pieces together, using matching thread, on all four sides. Once the lace is securely stitched in place on your napkin, use a seam ripper to remove the tacking stitches made in steps K & L. This is an example of a completed lace napkin.
